• High-purity, environmentally friendly polyester fibers are used, stored in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse to ensure batch stability.
• Based on the client's specified sound absorption coefficient, flame retardant rating, color, and density requirements, scientific proportioning and dyeing experiments are conducted to ensure that product performance and visual presentation fully meet customized needs.

The hot-pressing process takes place in a dust-free workshop. Precision temperature and pressure control equipment fuses and shapes the fibers with environmentally friendly adhesives, achieving the preset density and texture.

Workers monitor equipment parameters in real time, combined with automated robotic arms for material handling, ensuring efficient and stable industrial production.

• Quality inspectors use professional equipment such as acoustic impedance tubes and laser rangefinders to test the sound absorption coefficient (NRC), dimensional tolerances (accurate to ±0.5mm), and flame retardant properties of each batch.
• Finished products undergo surface treatment according to customer requirements (such as punching, lamination), are neatly stacked, and then affixed with customized brand labels and product information codes. They are then packaged with shockproof packaging and waterproof film to ensure zero damage during transportation.
